Had a new front exhaust fitted in the Bletchley garage. It was fitted incorrectly and made a horrible rattling and banging when driving. I took it back to complain and was told it was fitted too low and was hitting the stabliser bar. They then refitted it properly. I took my car in for an MOT and they failed it on, so they say was a damaged front coil spring. They changed it and charged me £183.33 for 1 front spring, i have found the spring with the part number provided from a local retailer for £54.99 so i feel like i have been way over charged
