4.15 on a Wednesday looking at electric bikes for my wife, left the store in 10 minutes, poor selection , staff behind the counter looked disinterested no one approached us so we left .

I ordered online and got 4 short-sleeved womens cycling jerseys. They arrived in 3 days and all fit perfectly; the material is good quality, they are so comfortable and have nice big pockets.
The total came to £46.50, which I think was a decent price for great cycling clothes. Maybe when buying, check the prices are the same online as in store. I think I got them cheaper on sale online.

Found the whole experience excellent, Krystian was great when I first called to discuss getting an e- bike and when I turned up in the store, was very helpful in ensuring I chose the correct bike, communication after order was excellent, when we came to collect my wife decided to get a new bike as well, again they were very helpful, once she chose her new e-bike they prepped it while we popped off for a coffee and shop. Everyone in the store was great and even assisted in putting the bikes on the roof bars. Having used the bikes over the weekend we are extremely happy.
Mine was a Cannondale Movaro Neo and hers was a Trek Verve.
Two very happy customers.

Used to use this shop for my bike but now i wont. I need the brake pads changed, just that but i have been told that i have to get a full service of over £100 and pay £20 on top just to fix the brake pads. I cannot afford that everytime i need new pads. Ridiculous

Bikes been in for full strip down service for 2 weeks now poor customer service they tried to release the bike to me after 8 days as ready to ride when the brakes had no power rubbing on rotors and not locking out so gave it back to them and told them the brakes are worse off than they were when I brought the bike in initially they said they would sort it. Received a call saying I needed to change the front brake pad which they did and I paid extra for for no reason as it didn't fix the issue and still no word about the back brake which was left weak and totally useless to now be told to buy a whole new brake system on top of this another 160 p.s I changed the brake pad 2 months ago almost grand new still... Waste of money and time and still no closer to riding away on it... Think I will collect and take to a different bike shop tommorow instead of accepting more work being done in the form of a whole new brake system.... Terrible customer service

5 stars for Chris, who was really helpful and even a little friendly (that could have been that it was nearly dinner time though).
2 stars for the WiFi because if you want people to sign up to stuff, you should really provide the signal for them to do that. We got there in the end, but it took waaaaay longer than it should have done and others may not have the patience to stick with it.
1 star for the flickering light... its just annoying, and I imagine more so if you work near it all day.

Purchased a Tero X - what a great e bike, it literally eats up the Miles !
Alan, was the member of staff that help me choose the correct Bike for me he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

Went into the MK store to organise a bike and accessories using my cycle to work certificate. The young guy was extremely stand offish and clearly didn?t want to be there or be helpful. I had already found the items I was looking for online and so showed the staff member who was seemed put out that I wanted to ordered and buy the items. The staff member continually stated they didn?t have the items and bought over replacements for twice the price stating you can just put the extra on your card! So rude and I left to take my business to a different bike store. Will never return and think all should go with caution!
