Went for 2nd fitting with Callum following a visit at the end of last season when I knew I’d need a new pair of boots. He’s been a massive help and it’s great to be able to try a load of options in store. Will get the boots heat moulded next time I head to Snozone ready for the alps ?

Charley at the Milton Keynes branch went out of his way to help my ski boots feel more comfortable. On time and very helpful and friendly. My hero! All staff at the MK branch have been fantastic in helping us whenever we have questions or need advice.
