One of the worst customer experience ever by mr Rashdan. Came in half an hour before closing time to get 3 new sims from the word start it was made clear to me that I came too late after going through everything was told they couldn?t help me because I was already a customer in the system apparently there are so many different systems he was reluctant to call customer services to resolve the issue! My advice to the management do look into this if your employees are not caring enough please replace them!!!

I?m leaving this review purely for the amazing Laura who helped me so much today. Despite EE?s best efforts to ruin my upgrading experience, Laura managed, with much persistence, to eventually provide a satisfactory outcome. She has the patience of a saint after being bumped continuously around the differing call centres that EE have she managed to finally get me my IPhone 16 pro ordered. As a business EE are shocking but thankfully in this instance they have a professional employee who saved them. Thank you Laura.

Visited the rooksley store this morning for an upgrade and was served by Laura who was very helpful and very efficient in her job and the whole process done in 15 mins. 100% recommended.

In the 45 mins I waited 4 people decided not to wait and left....I also left after realising I no longer had enough time... Why would you only have 2 staff on a Saturday...Never again will I bother going to an EE shop

Went in today. After 3 new handsets and new sim I still can't use my phone. The store manager Paul was unhelpful and borderline rude. Essentially told nothing I can do. Do not recommend this store or EE as a provider.

Nice quiet store in a smaller retail park in Milton Keynes. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. With lots of devices to get your hands on this is one of the better EE
