Visited the shop to purchase a new phone for my wife. The options available and cost of each option were fully detailed by Hubert who could not have been more helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I approached the store at 5:50pm. The first thing they said was ?sorry we?re closed? even with 10 minutes to spare? I only had one question to ask. They all had their coats and bags ready to leave turning everyone away. Rude and dismissive. I?ll definitely be using a different provider from now on.

Wasnt impressed with the service i received from two different people. Didnt ask the right questions (even though i gave them every piece of info needed howeved from the information i gave questions should habe followed). I felt like they didnt want to help. Lucky i gave two stars

I went into EE after being on the phone to EE customer service for over 3 hours to no avail. Went in twice, equipped with more identification (driving license, passport, birth certificate & all of the EE forms from the phones purchase) than i?d need to join the armed forces, yet due to the account being under my dad?s name, i was met with unhelpful advice. My ESIM deactivated & all i was looking for was for the new ESIM to be activated or to be issued with a sim card, after confirming all account details and having my dad (with id) on facetime (due to him being away for an extended amount of time so unable to grace them with his physical presence)- I was still told that this was not enough and he needed to physically be there. I understand that such procedures are in place to prevent data leaks however when I have multiple pieces of government issued records proving that i am in fact a product of him, him on the phone, all of his account passwords and details- i really don?t understand how there surely is not any alternative procedures for instances like this. The EE staff are clearly just doing what they?re paid to do but I believe it would?ve been easier to steal the crown jewels than it is to be REISSUED a sim card that was already in my possession.

I?m not entirely sure why the shop exists ! I asked a few questions to which I was left twice so the guy could go and check with his manager at the back of the shop and when I questioned further I was told to check their website for exact details.Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened, my partner went in on my behalf before and asked the same questions and left annoyed I realise now why.I wanted to speak to a EE expert instead I was greeted with a guy that knew less than me on the simple questions that I was asking.What is more annoying is the sim card I?m looking for my colleague signed up for in a different EE store where the staff had training I guess?My advice on visiting the store is cut out the middle man and ask for the manager or just go online.
