Visited the shop to purchase a new phone for my wife. The options available and cost of each option were fully detailed by Hubert who could not have been more helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I approached the store at 5:50pm. The first thing they said was “sorry we’re closed” even with 10 minutes to spare? I only had one question to ask. They all had their coats and bags ready to leave turning everyone away. Rude and dismissive. I’ll definitely be using a different provider from now on.
