I came to the store yesterday and my little boy threw up outside, I didn?t catch the staff members name but I just wanted to thank him as he was so lovely and cleaned it up himself even though I had offered to do it! Nothing was too much trouble for him

There is a lad in the coffee shop upstairs called Nate. He is just wonderful. Such a lovely, friendly young man.
I have purchased the greatest cushions and curtains from here too.
Also, they have lots of housewares that are hard to find elsewhere.

Big store. Little cafe. The only issue I had is that they didnt have baskets or trolleys. Spoke to a member of staff who advised they have been trying to request them at head office level but not had a response. Not one customer had a trolley or basket. Update. I got stopped by security outside and told they did not see me pay for over £100 worth of goods. I told the security that I paid for the goods before I went to the cafe. I was left feeling humiliated and told the security to go check the cameras properly and go do one. Obviously I was profiled. I'm fuming. .... Never will I step foot in that store again.

Popped into Dunelms this morning. Decided to have a cuppa and a breakfast bap.
3 stars for the tea and coffee, but as for the breakfast baps I definitely wouldn't bother again.
The baps were lovely and fresh, but the fillings were completely tasteless.
I had a bacon bap and hubby a sausage & egg bap?
Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Lovely store, however, one particular member of staff informes us that they didn't stock heated blankets and then we found them all over the store!
Maybe more training is needed?
