I genuinely could not be happier with Dreams customer services, they went multiple times above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure the customer was 100% satisfied. I am definitely not going anywhere else when looking for bed/mattress in the future, Dreams will be my only go-to place, doesn't matter if XYZ is cheaper.
I purchased a bed and a mattress 2 years ago from this store and it was already seamless service back then. Now recently, I had to make an insurance claim on the bed and the whole process completely exceeded my expectations, gosh that was smooth!! They then went above and beyond allowing me to pick a different bed that was slightly higher in price, and also were extremely flexible on delivery and assembly when I was let down TWICE by a carpet fitter. No fuss, no frills, no questions asked and no extra cost.

my wife and i were very pleased with the lay-out of the store and with the manager matthew,he offered us coffee which we declined because we were going onto another shopping center,he explained all about the delivery service and pick-up of the old mattress,all in all a plesent experience.

We went in store today looking for a new bed and mattress and were expertly attended to by Sam. He was brilliant! He helped us through the ?Sleep match? experience and we were surprised by how accurately it scanned us for the perfect fit.
Sam provided us with customer pillows and guided us through all the different types of mattresses including different price ranges (not just the expensive ones!).
Sam knew his stuff so we were surprised again when we found out he had only been working there for 2 months!
Unsurprisingly with his guidance we found the perfect mattress and bed and ordered on the spot!

After first going to a local competitor looking for a new mattress, we popped into Dreams and were totally impressed by the service. We were offered the ?matching service? to help determine what we were actually looking for. (If you?ve ever been totally confused by the variation of mattresses on offer you?ll know what I mean). Saved so much time for us. Once the choice was narrowed down we were guided to the range deemed suitable. We ended up placing an order and are looking forward to our delivery. Big thumbs up to Chloe, highly professional and no ?pushy sales techniques?, a delight to deal with. Added bonus, Dreams discount for MoD 100 card holders.

Sam at Dreams Milton Keynes was friendly, polite and well informed about the various mattress options we had. We purchased a Harrison Sphinx mattress and was happy with the delivery options. We always choose Dreams for our mattresses as they are good quality and we are treated well

Purchased a bed here. It was very straight forward! They have many different types of beds on display with mattresses. Some of the prices are just ridiculous though. £179 for a headboard is crazy.

Very happy with our experience. Charlie greeted us when we arrived and explained the sleep match system, which produced a list of recommended mattress. Charlie took us around to try each one and gave us time to compare options and make a decision on what to buy. Charlie even offered us drinks, and as it was a hot day, this was very welcome. Overall a good choice of suitable mattresses and an easy process to choose and order. Looking forward to the new mattress arriving.
