Bad customer support. I have been a client for a while but recently pizzas arrived underdone with raw dough and other ingridients. Contacted support and after initial automated response I've heard nothing back. Terrible support. Fix it!

Unfortunately I ordered from their Milton Keynes store (Oldbrook) nearly a month ago. The pizzas arrived and the dough was still gooey as if it was undercooked and the sides were also cold.
I decided not to mention this as I assumed they?d be busy on a Friday night. We then gave them another chance on the Saturday night. We ordered the same order and it said it would be delivered to our hotel in 30 Minutes.
45 Minutes went by and I tried to call the store over 10 times and there was no answer. Even though I paid for delivery I went to the store and they then said the driver had just left, by the time I get back to the hotel the driver would be waiting for me. I got back to the hotel and there was no sign of anyone, so I went back to the store again! On my way back to the store the driver called me to say he was at the delivery location. He wasn?t, but I eventually tracked him down to a random car park.
I complained to Dominos Head Office and unfortunately got left in the hands of Azwin. Azwin thought it would be acceptable to offer me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I declined this as I have spent over £500 with them this year and then he gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas. I reluctantly accepted even though this is still poor for having to chase so many times and requesting to speak to a manager. This weekend we was away and I went to use the voucher to be told aggressively by a store member that the voucher was only for the Milton Keynes store and that domino?s stores don?t take vouchers over the phone even though it says this on the voucher!
Absolute shambles of a company and you?ll be expecting to hear from environmental health.

Rubbish company whose arrogance seems to know no bounds. Extremely small portions for the money and when I politely asked for the head office details via their social media channels they refused to provide them. Don't waste your money with Domino's, go to a local pizza restaurant instead where they will at least be appreciative of your custom. Pathetic.

My wife and I had very bad service from a staff named Habiba from your branch in Military Road, Canterbury. She was very rude and curt. She needs help about how to provide excellent customer care.

Total joke 40 minutes to order a pizza from the bordon branch. Avoid. Doesn't except cash as staff can't add up. Company is now a joke. Avoid Avoid Avoid.. app alway broken

Useless can't even provide a VAT receipt. Purchased food through their app but they say it's not them I need a receipt from but the store. Very poor service and shady. Not very convenient to need to get the receipt from the store when I live hundreds of miles away from it. I'm sure they are talking utter nonsense.

You should be ashamed! You have put up the delivery prices and dropped what you pay the drivers! The drivers should get every penny of the delivery charge not just £1. When I pay £2.99 delivery I expect the drivers to get it.
