DFS Milton Keynes have been wholely incompetent from our delivery onwards. Our sofa has broken 3 times since delivery and the time taken to get it fixed has gotten worse and worse. My guess is that in 7 or 8 months of ownership we have had less than 2 months of it not being broken (it's still not fixed so the percentage of being broken is getting worse). Customer support is non existent, ordering replacement parts takes months. This company is a shambles and should be avoided like the plague.

Piss poor compared to years ago, shoddy sofas that can't take a good shaking. Also everything has the same electric recliner ability and usb hubs or wireless charging on board. My only question is how do you put the electric reclining ability in at the same price, must have cut corners on something. Also usb plugs or wireless, that's 10 quid of hardware for a load more retail.Not as good as it used to be.If you want a long lived couch. Not the place anymore. But a quick 2/3 year one it's your place.

Is there a minus 10 stars.Go elsewhere with your hard earned cash, you'll get better after sales care.From the useless live chat, to the Manager of the MK branch, Stan the sales guy, anyone who has had a email or phone call from us, all had one goal. Be as unhelpful as possible.It's disgraceful how you're treated, the stress they cause, the anxiety. To be bare faced lied to instore about the whereabouts of your order!! Shameful.I would urge anyone to think extremely carefully about parting with any money to dhs.Not one person gives a damn about you once you leave the store.A promised order before Christmas, absolutely guaranteed...what a load of garbage.

I wish i didnt order my sofa from this company and i certainly wont order again. They should be investigated for fraud. They provide false delivery and expectations. There customer service is non existant.You can only contact them by live chat or email when it comes to sofa that you hsve been waiting for over 4 months.

If you're looking for a sofa and chairs, this is definitely one of the places to visit.In walking distance there are eight shops selling sofas and furniture, spoilt for choice.

1) I order the sofa with easy glides, easy to move the sofa, it came without it. They intend to send me the parts to us to do it on my own. I am now REQUEST for a full refund. hope it could process fast and quick2) the Sofa came with Stains. I reflected to the shop immediately. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH to look for a guy to come and remove the stains.3) I have subscribed the SOFA CARE SERVICES. I do not have any details. Just know that I have pay extra for the services. I go to their web page, too look for who is reposible for the care. I send the Guardian the email to claim my benefit. But they couldnt verify me. I am really frustrated what I am paying for the servies. I am intend to get the refund, but the online customer care officier said he could do nothing and refer me to the shop. It REALLY A LONG AND TOUGH WAY TO DEAL WITH THE DFS SERVICES.4) Lastly, I spent thousands in the shop. I spend time to choose and wait for their sales to proceed with the purchase process. FINALLY I spend 3hours+. The craziest part is I got a tickets for parking. Since I am new build and the mail did not delivered on time. I have no knowledge about the car park fees. I would like to ask DFS to contact with the retail park owner to take out the tickets. Its seem that none of the staff is willing to help. The tickets now is 170 pounds. I am really disappointed to DFS. IT WAS NIGHTMARE TO SHOP WITH THEM. HOPE SOMEONE FROM DFS in higher level could sort that out or get contact with me.

Great service until they got our money! We received a damaged sofa which DFS sent someone out to look at. They agreed it needed replacing and said it would be with us in 8-12 weeks. It's now 36 weeks and we are still waiting!

I was not satisfied with your services, I've been waiting for the carekit for 3 months and I'm still waiting, I called 6 times and received the same ridiculous excuse that they don't have it in stock and there are delays, etc..., I don't recommend this sofa company, the service are very bad
