Popped into Decathlon Milton Keynes ?just for a look? ? famous last words. Next thing you know, we?re wheeling out with a brand new bicycle and a big grin.
The store?s in a great spot, easy to get to, and free parking for the first couple of hours ? which is just enough time to forget what you came for and impulse-buy camping gear you didn?t know you needed.
The place is basically a sports wonderland ? bikes, tents, footballs, goggles, cricket bats, swimming bits, and probably a spare pair of knees if you ask nicely.
Staff were lovely ? helpful, not hovering, and didn?t treat us like we were on a game show when we asked 47 questions about bike sizes.
All in all, a smashing experience. We?re chuffed with the bike, the kid?s over the moon, and now we just need the weather to behave.

Went to Decathlon on Saturday 02/05/2025 to purchase a bike for my daughter, we were offered a brand new bike to buy & best thing was it was ready in 20 minutes! The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much Lee, you really made my daughter's day x

Dorel and Marc were outstanding over three visits. Really helpful advice and assistance with bike repairs, purchases and solutions.
The store next door can be hit and miss plus a little expensive - this decathlon stores bike staff have been consistently great.
Management should support and encourage this ethos ??

We visited today to look for a bicycle pannier rack and child seat. The customer service staff, a tall Asian gentleman, was very helpful and took the time to provide us with detailed information. Thankyou.

Excellent customer service, super friendly and welcoming even at the end of the day. Love the opening hours, open til late (8pm) which was very convenient to pop in after work.

I wanted some information about trail running shoes and Rahul was very kind in giving out the right information and had great knowledge about the product, he also made sure that he could arrange the exact shoe I wanted since it wasn't available in the Nottingham store.
