I have used DOW in Fenny since I started driving 17 years ago and have always had excellent service.Today and yesterday I was shown, again, super service especially with all my fretting and worrying about getting the right tyres etc.Thank you and see you again next time ??

Had a puncture whilst passing through the area on a chilly Monday afternoon. Despite being the only man on staff (sickness, annual leave) Luke was ever so helpful. He quoted me a price for both fronts (as they were legal limit) and had them changed for all in the time I walked to grab a bite to eat. Top notch customer service from a local run garage in Tavistock street. Would certainly recommend.

Absolutely money scrounging people. I would advise you to avoid this place like the plague. Labour costs are an absolute joke. Paid these people £300 and still they keep asking for more money and then failed the MOT. The guy who done the MOT was rude and patronising on the 2nd occasion. Another young lad did not even know what 10 working days are. I booked my first MOT on the 2nd dec and then the other on 16th, which would be the 10th working day.?. I am so appalled by the service from this place and will be taking the matter to trading standards.Please use a different garage, these people will rip you off!!

I used this garage through recommendation last year for 4 new tyres. Considering it?s called ?deals on wheels?, for the past year, that?s exactly what I thought I had got. And likely would?ve returned. Little did I know until this years MOT, that there was a reason for the low prices. This garage put the wrong size tyre on my car and therefore it failed the MOT this year, and caused a major driveshaft issue. I?ve had to spent copious amounts of money this year on a new driveshaft, a new tyre and all of the labour, because of the wrong sized tyre which I was told by Deals on Wheels, would be absolutely ?fine?. If the wheel hadn?t have caused other issues, and wouldn?t fail an MOT, then I wouldn?t be writing this. But even the fact that it got pulled up on an MOT test tells me this garage isn?t great and I won?t be returning. I should be able to ask for compensation for this but luckily for you, warranty doesn?t last a year and the fixing of your work has already been done.Service: Tires

Very friendly staff. Owner is very helpful. Busy place so book MOT appointment etc. However only criticism is the awful rude attitude of the Asian Chinese MOT man. He is so grumpy, abrupt and rude it's actually comical. Probably not to some however. No contact with the public from him would make this place 5*.

This young, energetic and handsome lad, Luke, is awesome and has helped me fix a pucture on a new tyre in minutes whilst other chain auto shops have refused to do it and asked me to replace with another new tyre !

I've been using this garage and the one in Bedford for years. You not only getting good deals on tyres but the tyres are very good too. I do MOTs there for all our cars, service is very good. Well recommended local garage.

I had apoitment at 10.00 today,I ve booked it yesterday,I turned up at 10 and I ve been told to come back at 11,at 11 I ve been told to wait and I ve seen other cars going on MOT before me.They waiste my time.They waiste almoust two hours of my time.This fat fella with glasses was rude to me.Its good that Im calm person as his attitude towards me almoust send him to...Not reccomand this place at all.
