My partner tried to buy some earbuds, the assistant looked in the cupboard, said that they were out of stock. Not happy with this, we asked another assistant, you said they had two in stock. My partner brought this to the attention of the first assistant, who became challenging and aggressive. So one awesome and one rubbish. While the first assistant was remostrating with my partner, no one intervened. No training, no customer service!!!

If Currys say they have a mobile phone in stock on their website do not drive to the store thinking they actually have one! Apparently the 1 that they report to have in stock will be the phone that is on display in the store!! Ridiculous idea Currys!!

I recently ordered a fan online from Currys, expecting a product of good quality. However, upon delivery and testing, I was very disappointed to find that the fan produced minimal airflow and did not meet expectations.
Following this, I visited your Milton Keynes store to return the item, but unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant. The staff, particularly the store manager, Kevin, refused to accept the return on the grounds that the box had been opened. When I explained that the product had to be unboxed in order to assess its performance, I did not receive a reasonable response. Instead, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behaviour, which was both surprising and disappointing.
While I understand that there may be return policy limitations, I believe customers still deserve polite, respectful, and professional service ? especially when they are raising valid concerns.
Regrettably, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I am now hesitant to make future purchases from Currys. I hope Currys will take this feedback seriously and look into both the product quality and the customer service standards at their Milton Keynes branch.

Walked in hoping to get some help, but apparently expecting basic customer service is too much to ask for these days. Not a single staff member on the shop floor to assist just a sea of empty uniforms and confused customers.
Headed to the customer reception, thinking I?d finally get somewhere. Instead, I was met with rudeness, a complete lack of interest, and frankly, an attitude that bordered on hostile. No eye contact, no effort, just cold, dismissive responses like they were doing me a favour by even acknowledging me.
This branch is a prime example of how not to treat customers. If you?re thinking of visiting don?t bother. You?ll get more help asking a mannequin.
