Went to collect my daughter's presciption. Got told it was just waiting to be checked by the pharmacist & would be ready in a few minutes. We waited 40 minutes. They had no idea what was happening with the presciption. We left. Next morning, we called to see if it was ready & were told yes. Got there to be told they didn't have all of it. They are clueless. Terrible service.

This is for the lovely lady Pharmacist who assisted me this afternoon (I believe her name is Tldece): She showed great compassion and understanding and resolved an issue that was causing me a lot of distress. I am surprised that this pharmacy doesn?t have better reviews. Not once I found an assistant that was not helpful. They have a difficult job and are always rushed off their feet. Thank you

Awful pharmacy! Rude & slow staff. Extremely slow in getting prescriptions out-I waited 25mins, they should have said this before I paid. No customer service skills at all. Will never use again! Needs to shut down & if it is a pharmacy again, then they need to employ competent, friendly staff! Absolutely shocking

Had to stand in a queue for over 45 minutes! Would like to say this was a one off but it has become the norm! Not sure what has happened to this local pharmacy!

Went to pick up my meds at 10.30 friday it was shut.Really annoying as had to get a cab and was not open no explanation why?

Extremely slow, staff are rude, never answer the phone, staff moan about customers in front of you. Have moved to boots.

I get the place is busy but I have had the staff lie to my face about not having prescriptions, if your busy say that it will be a couple of minutes or ask me to come back in half an hour. Unfortunately my father has found if you kick off all of a sudden your stuff is ready? so are you too lazy to do your job or just don?t know how too ??

Staff are polite and well intentioned (mostly) but service has become abysmal. I used to walk in and it was ready, no waiting. Every time now im told to come back in 15/20 minutes. Nothing is ever prepared before i get there, even if it was sent across days before. Staff will chat when there is a queue of 5+ people outside the door. Something has to change

Service has deteriorated massively over the last 6 months or so, there was always a bit of a wait but in the last few months it has become ridiculous, doesn?t seem to matter what time you go you can easily queue for 30 minutes, only to be told on reaching the front of the queue, that the prescription that was put in 4 or 5 days ago has not been made up yet, and asked to return in 20 minutes.Presumably this is due to staff shortages but it has been going on for so long now the blame really must lie at the managements feet.

Awful. I've called over 20 times over 3 days to find out if they have my medication and they have not picked up the phone once. Half the time they don't have the medication in. And every time you go there is a queue and at least a 20 min wait, once you do get served, to get the medication. Certain members of staff are also incredibly rude and unhelpful
