Really disappointed with our visit. They didn?t seem to have pretty much everything we asked for. They didn?t have any non dairy milk then we settled for decaf Americano which was pale and tasted like overly diluted water coffee, we had to return and get re-done. Then didn?t have any brown toast or marmite or peanut butter.

Ordered 2 drink and only got one, which was incorrect, they didn?t have ice (not a huge issue) barista was rude and verging on gaslighting saying that we didn?t order a second drink when we did, she didn?t put it through the till and other customers drinks were made incorrectly and the same barista acted the same to them.

Its mine and my daughters go to place to catch up . Staff are always friendly and we go at times to avoid the queues.

Decent coffee, standard Costa. Good layout and with some bigger chairs if your doing laptop work ect like I was, a few power outlets to charge up aswell. Bring you own cup and they fill it up is always a nice touch. Staff were really lovely and accommodating, helped make the day go smoother.

On arrival service was great ordered my coffee, takeaway all good, sadly it was handed to the wrong customer who lifted it and walked away. The lid removed then staff member realised and sad wait please. The customer returned it to the counter.
When I asked for a replacement coffee the staff member making the coffee wasn?t happy and begrudgingly made another one.
The coffee was great the atmosphere wasn?t sadly

From the moment I came into Newport?s gem, Costa coffee I was made to feel welcome.
Not only did the staff all seem happy they were helpful too when I was asking questions.
They seemed to want to help me but also assure I had a lovely experience.
I asked their names to make sure when writing this review I could feed back accurately.
Anna, Megan and Matt seemed to have a close bond and work so well as a team that not only affected the service but also made for a warm and friendly vibe.
Thank you for looking after me and my family when I visited.
