On 9th January 2025.. I was served most efficiently and attentatively by a young man (I believe Craig or Gary on badge.. I didn't want to stare!)
I have been here a number of times and stopped coming as I felt the service I previously received was abrupt.
What a change today.. the young man travels from towcester - I discovered through our pleasant conversation.
He was busy all the while serving, replenishing, clearing up, while maintaining eye contact and a genuine 2 way conversation.
Well Done ?.. I do hope he remains on board with Costa.. even if he needs to transfer nearer home at some point.. he didn't say anything in that regard.
Colleagues seem happy together working today.. unusual to find in the past at this outlet, only in my experience of course, but today I felt i could relax and not sense the stress from staff.. so thank you!!

Good shop, can get busy, though the staff are fast and diligent.
My only negative is that the food is very expensive, and the sausage and vegetarian alternatives aren't great.
Dietary restrictions: They have stepped up their awareness of allergies after the recent posts in the national news
Wheelchair accessibility: All the Costa's in MK are wheel chair accessible and walking stick friendly, but some of them with fixed tables are hard to get in

I love a costa and treat myself frequently. I'd have to say this Costa is the best in Milton Keynes. Always so efficient and really friendly staff! Would go out of my way to purchase from this one.

Busy restaurant. Gr8 service. Lovely staff. Variety of food to eat. Hot & cold food. Lovely cakes to choose from. Would recommend.

Was served by Cory & Aurora the two was so lovely, polite & friendly, the cafe was nice clean & spotless. Brilliant customer service, will definitely be back.

Inside Tesco?s warmed up cinnamon bun! NO! i didn?t go there, now i know why, dried up! still loverly barista.

Medium sized branch situated within Tesco with reasonable amount of seating offering most things that Costa do.
Staff seemed very helpful and friendly with everything looking in order , tidy and clean.
The only drawback being it does seem a bit expensive even for a coffee and cake which is a common theme at present otherwise not a bad visit .
Parking: Currently allowed 3 hours free parking in the Tesco attached car park

Picked up a Too good to go bag from here. The bag was ready in time, the team member was friendly and polite. The restaurant area looked clean and welcoming. The contents of the bag are fantastic

Worst experience, you?re better off somewhere else. Wolverton Costa has the worst service, and they serve half of the hot chocolate in a full glass. The place ain?t even neat or tidy. I wanted to leave the moment I got to my seat. Couldn?t even read my book in peace.
