Two ladies on duty couldn?t be more helpful, excellent coffee & services
One was the store manager she was so good with every customer, I spent 1hour 30min in the shop waiting my train.
These both ladies really are a credit to this shop, one of the ladies short dark hair went on her break.
Please do let them both know the services is way by the best I?ve ever received in any Costa coffee ??

Worst experience at MK9 costa. Ordered a chocolate fudge brownie frappe, the barista gave me something else. It's not about £4.8 but about the disinterested person who prepared it. Didn't care to prepare the right beverage. Never going to this Costa again.

I stopped at Costa yesterday before my train to grab a coffee. And the lovely maheen helped me wheel my suitcase to the station as I have broken my wrist. Outstanding service from maheen going out of her way to help a customer.

Popped in today at around 11:15 before going back home as I'm away for work. Was served by the most lovely gentleman who had more enthusiasm and energy than I've had for the past 20 years. Even with a grumpy customer in front, he still held his smile and happy attitude. I did ask of his name but my hearing isn't the best so I can't give him true recognition, only that his name sounded unique. The only negative point is the lack of plug sockets as I really needed to charge my phone for the 3.5 hour journey back to North Wales.

I went into Costa today after getting the train back from work, to work an hour before heading home... The young guy in there with a moustache was so friendly to everyone that came in that it really stood out to me. He was chatting away and it's not what I expected going into a chain coffee shop...I know food probably goes to waste at the end of the day but he offered me some cake for free which was going to be wasted. Probably as I looked so grumpy typing away at my laptop.You never know what someone's going through and kind people like him have no doubt saved people's lives without realising... Costa you are very lucky to have such a great employee

Even though it can be busy at times, it can be also quiet as well, the only thing that needs improvement is the mobile phone signal as it very weak at times and needs to be a lot stronger, than it currently is.

Popped into costa today, to grab a coffee and warm up, whilst waiting for my taxi. After buying my beverage I then notice the entire indoor seating was closed off. The reason for the seating to be closed off was that the toilets were out of order. Like what reason is that!

Ordered food and a coffee, waited a long time at my table to discover my order was sitting on the counter getting cold. Staff didn't bother to call me, they were not busy.

This Costa branch in Milton Keynes is one of the best, thanks to its friendly staff and spacious upstairs area. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The only downside is that the upstairs area is often closed, which is a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.
