Great place for coffee
My friend has Coeliac and I asked if they could wash things out so she could try my Summer berries drink (due to cross-contamination)
Two baristas, Katie and Myeisha were very helpful and made sure to grab new/clean equipment to make the drink for me so my friend could also have some.
By law this should be done anyway, but my friend is often made to feel like a nuisance for her dietary needs, however this didn't happen in this Costa. They were very helpful and catering towards us, their service was amazing!

The milk is spilled, and when you ask for the coffee to be returned, you are treated poorly and you throw the cup in the sink angrily
I do not advise any coffee lover to try this branch because you will hate the coffee makers from the old lady inside
She is not Barista she is mix and pass

Quiet Sunday morning but somehow they took my payment then completely forgot I was waiting for my coffee. Coffee was ok when I finally got it.

I was at sunset walk costa today,
Not sure what happens with the stuff, but they seem to be like they don't want to work there.
I've tried to make a conversation and I was ignored.
The other day there was a girl in training, and she came across very nice, i believe her name is Rebecca, however it looked like the other team members were giving her hard times, even infront of customers! So unprofessional! Although Rebecca dealt with it well.
Even she is new she is so far the nicest person there.
The other staff who are not on training need to develop people skills.

Not too busy. Drinks fine. Downstairs rather cold. Trying to get the code for the toilets seems impossible. Staff say they will get someone to do the code and then ignore you

Longest time I have ever had to wait to be served, waited over 15 minutes when there were around 6-7 people ahead in the queue. Had to repeat our orders, the barrista would ask our order and later the cashier would ask again what have we ordered. Once we got our orders and went upstairs, multiple tables had leftover cups and trays, tables and seats not cleaned properly. The worst experience in a Costa so far. The coffee shop was short staffed, Costa perhaps it's worth to hire more personnel?

Definitely does not open at 8 on a Sunday. I was there at 8 15 to 8 30 and whilst there were clearly staff there it wasn't open. Starbuck was open at 8 though
Sunday hours were updated by the business in the 2 last week according to Google..

Very Disappointed today worst £7 I?ve spent was waiting to be served for a good couple of minutes due too one girl and an Asian man standing talking place looked grubby. Flies where around fruit flies. The lady who served me her Hygiene looked very bad. Ordered a Medium Chocolate brown Frap with a cake didn?t even want to eat the cake after seeing all the flies at the front whilst being served to then be sat down and more flies where around which put me completely off to the point I chucked half my cake away and got up and left felt very dirty itchy in there worst Costa experience ever.

It's a standard coffee shop, but it was untidy on the day. However the staff came to wipe our table soon after being requested.

There are always long queues, orders are taken quickly, but you have to wait a long time. They confused my order, maybe the employees were tired or such employees

Overpriced. Staff is not qualified to do proper job. For a simple one drink have to wait 15mins. Not worth it. Some cakes outdated .
I've been at busy places where customer service and cleanliness in store much better!
