Cracking costa. The tall mixed race chap with long hair is an absolute asset to this place - his customer service is an example of how it should be. Costa you need to utilise this guy and have him train all your staff. He?s a legend.

Terrible customer service today at Costa in Milton Keynes.
A young English man with blonde hair and a beard served me. The coffee he handed over wasn?t even filled properly ? the cup was noticeably underfilled even though I paid almost £5 for it.
When I politely asked for it to be topped up with more milk, he arrogantly refused, saying ?this is how it?s supposed to be.?
Even if that?s how they think it should be served, for me as a customer it wasn?t acceptable ? and I should have been listened to, especially after paying full price.
The customer is always right when it comes to their own order.

I am disgraced at the service received on my trip to Great Linford Costa.
Went to pick up a Too Good to Go bag and made a mistake on the app. The lady serving at the counter was disgustingly rude to my sister and I. Spoke to us so rudely just because we made a mistake!
Will not be visiting again, I hope that can get sorted out and she won?t be so rude to other customers.

Went it for a cuppachino on Wednesday and notice my drink was 10p more than when I go to my usual at wolverton costa, rude server just said to me if you don't want it, I can do you a refund, found this very rude and cheeky,staff needs retraining..just thoughts it's not in a prime location

Quite often before work coming here to have some coffee and breakfast. Because of special requirements I?m normally buying coffee but bringing my own sandwich/granola. This morning I was told for the first time that I can?t eat there food that I didn?t buy in Costa so I had to leave a place. Luckily they made me a drink in a takeaway cup even though I said that I?m staying in.

Never had such ridiculous service in my life - now sat here nursing a burn and my car is caked in coffee.So I used the drive thru this morning and when the barista handed me the drink, he advised the lid was not on properly whilst the drink was mid air - queue piping hot coffee spilling all over my car and hand!After screaming in excruciating pain, the barista kept advising it was an accident - no apology or offer of first aid; in fact he asked me what I wanted him to do?!I asked for a compress to treat my hand to which I was told they do not have any, but could instead have some tissues - again, not exactly helpful.I insisted on speaking to a manager whom five minutes later told me, she had put the lids on correctly and was mistaken. My girlfriend pointed out she had watched it all to which the story changed to - well I only made one drink. Great sense of integrity?This is now 10 minutes since getting scolded and no one has yet offered any first aid. The manager was rude, aggressive and more concerned with protecting the image than either my hand or car.Around 15 minutes later I got a cold compress and insisted on filling in the accident log - the manager actually sent out a trainee to do it... Common theme right here?Long story short, the staff here have zero awareness of any sort of health and safety protocol and it?s just a matter of time before someone else is hurt. Have complained to Costa HQ as my car will need a deep clean, so let?s see what happens.
