“Ava was so sweet and so helpful throughout our shopping experience. She gave us samples and talked us through the ingredients in products and recommended different things for our skin type. When we were checking out she was very educated on the Palestine cause which is always a plus. Other workers were also very lovely. Checked in on us to make sure we were alright. “I came in on Monday to lush Milton Keynes to get some bits for my mother in laws birthday presents (she game me a list of item) some of them I didn’t know existed. I was welcomed by the lovely Mia and she asked if I needed any help? Which of course I did! She helped me find the things on the list and let me know whether they were in stock or not and also what they did. Safe to say she was a bucket of knowledge and too helpful to put into words! “It can be a bit chaotic in there, usually because it seems to be a popular pharmacy, but the staff are very friendly efficient and accommodating, especially the pharmacist and one of the regular staff of the main counter.The pharmacist even recognises me and remembers my name / often knows whether my prescription is ready and informs me when I’m still waiting to be served.They are very welcoming, kind and competent, as well as being a bit overworked at times.”

“The store and pharmacy are busy for sure . However even though you can see how short staffed the pharmacy is, the few staff that are there always work with a smile. Special mention to Zoe who is always amazing.”
