Purchased a tiffany bracelet for £35 on the 11/03/24 had a sticker on it saying it was 36grams of 925 (sterling silver) got it home wasn’t happy with the quality for what I paid and didn’t think it was silver at all.Went back the next day 12/03/24 for a refund at approx 11:30am was met with a VERY RUDE deputy manager... read full comment

So just went to drops some clothes off at the shop door was lock and there was a member of staff ask if I could just quickly drop these off shouted at me told me to go away and come back tomorrow so I dropped the bags outside the shop and walked away she came out and started throwing the bags across the car park great member... read full comment
