Quite a nice place to go to. I do think it's the best shop around this road. Staff are nice and do things to help. A small chain on the right of the shop so you can lock up your bike if needed! Recommend definitely!

Myself and my family including little one have been going for 2 years now. We feel part of the family there. We love popping in and seeing the staff and of course are regular customers. Massive shout out to the ever so kind Manager Keiro to begin with and Team leaders George , Stacey. As for Samia,Sabin, Sonjoy and Daniel. What a nice bunk of people.Work so hard and have challenging customers and always smile and welcome us.Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

Terrible hardly had any milk, when I asked he said give me a minute, waited 5 mins then f gave up realised Sanjay was on the till!! Availability poor, Terrible service they don?t care about their store or customers staff aren?t very clever.

Staff here are great always wanting to help you out. If their isn't the product on the shelf they are more than happy to look out the back. George has been there many of years and still smiles and asks how everyone's doing. Good place that is.

Don't even bother trying to order from this store with Deliveroo, constantly sending the wrong items or wrong orders. Example, ordered Estrella beer once and got sent Elmlea Double Cream, whats that all about? Today I get sent the entirely wrong order and 2 hours later I am no further forward with the correct order being delivered, ended up calling Deliveroo and cancelling the whole order. Not very convenient when the whole point of using Deliveroo is for convenience. Would put 0 stars if I could, utter shambles.

I have been going to the co op in Water Eaton for nearly 30 years now. The shop is generally busy especially on a Sunday afternoon when all other shops are closed. Although it is not a large shop It is always stocked up with lots of different items and you can see staff constantly filling shelves. The staff are very helpful (eg finding what you need, helping with the self service checkout). I must commend the staff with their patience as It really is a hub of the community with a wide range of different customers. They have been particularly kind during this Covid 19 period where I have seen customers be rude to them, probably due to their own anxieties of Covid 19. Parking is a pain but it won?t stop me going there.
