There was a incident outside of the shop all staff were constantly checking on the poor couple. Lauren and sam did help out as well as the arc .in between serving customers sam kept coming and checking on the couple. I was very happy with the help from the co-op

Very poor service today. Workers had abandoned the tills and queues were building up. I called for assistance just incase assistants have not noticed customers are waiting. And one lady came rudely shouting and directing customers to the self service because they are busy on the shopfloor and not ready to serve. I had to explain to her not every customer is familiar with self checkouts. Another girl almost looking like a teenager rudely interjected escalating a simple converstion. Customers only come in to buy their grorceries and there's no need at all for such rudeness and when i complained they said they were going to make a report whatever that means. what arrogance seen in customer service these days. People are not trained on customer service anymore?, . Im utterly shocked the service i recieved today. Someone please send a link to thier complaints procedure and I will formerly make a complaint against those two ladies. Imagine these two ladies serving vulnerable communities like netherfield and this is how they speak to customers. Very poor

The staff in this coop are fantastic especially Sam the abuse she has to put up with from customers is horrible, yet every time i witness this, Sam behaves with dignity and professionalism. Sam is a credit to the coop

I been the shop 14:15 today and the lady was save me she was very rude and always changing extra items today I brought one bag of potatoes and one double cream she charge two bags of potatoes I asked receipt she gave it to me and I came out and when to in and asked her she straightaway told me bring the bag of potatoes from the shelf she do refund. easy walk, to my house and back. Super cheap and the croissants are absolutely delicious. One pound for the most mouth drooling chocolate croissants. I defo recommend.
