There was a incident outside of the shop all staff were constantly checking on the poor couple. Lauren and sam did help out as well as the arc .in between serving customers sam kept coming and checking on the couple. I was very happy with the help from the co-op

Very poor service today. Workers had abandoned the tills and queues were building up. I called for assistance just incase assistants have not noticed customers are waiting. And one lady came rudely shouting and directing customers to the self service because they are busy on the shopfloor and not ready to serve. I had to... read full comment

The staff in this coop are fantastic especially Sam the abuse she has to put up with from customers is horrible, yet every time i witness this, Sam behaves with dignity and professionalism. Sam is a credit to the coop
