went to go and pick up my click and collect and once i had found a free staff member he was so dismissive and rude to me. I didn?t know where to click for my QR code and asked him for assistance and he immediately got frustrated and told me that if i didn?t have the code i should leave because i couldn?t get the package. I ended up finding it after he said this. After he went to get the package i stood in line and he shouted excuse me from all the way down the line for me to come and get it from him?. as if he isn?t the one working there. This man is always rude when i see him absolutely disgusted.

Co-op scams people by using the discount blue member price tags. When you go to the till the members discount is not added and they say that the discount is expired. They do not remove the discount price after being told about it. It?s not the first time. Please check when buying any discounted items.

Very slow service and some very rude. You wait longer in the queue than you do shopping. They pick and choose what customers they pack bags what cause more waiting time. Also they not care at all. There was a boy with milk and bread couple months ago they wouldn?t let him off 30p and then couple weeks ago I see a guy with beer and they let him off 50p. Also you pay more then what it says a lot and it?s couple pounds. for example there harrow bows display for £1 and she said £1.25 and refused to give me what it cost so I put them back.

Terrible store . I buy a meal deal almost everyday from here and there s a problem almost at all times with the price or options deployed in the store and what they say at the till but today was the worst! The same stuff that I buy everyday that cost me 5.50£ for the meal deal they asked for 8.30£ at the till and they told me I need to get an other drink. I brought them the price deployed with the tip ( meal deal drink ) and I asked for a supervisor or a manager . They said there s no supervisor or manager and they start an hour later . Is it allowed to have a store opened with no supervisor or manager in ? Or to deploy a price tag in the store and at the till to be different ? I will make sure I report this further! I couldn?t buy the meal deal anymore for that price .

Ordered via Deliveroo today. 2 items' use by dates were the 8th of December. Today is the 15th. Shocking, especially when other people have had similar issues. Surprised environmental health hasn't paid them a visit. Would avoid.

Worst coop I?ve been to, poor management and unprofessional staff. Waiting time is ridiculous and when you speak up they make it seem like it?s the customers fault by not coming in earlier, visited this coop today at 11am 5/12/24.
Staff are very rude. I have been coming to this coop for nearly 7 years. I have never had an issue with any of the staff until everything there had changed (owners)? mangers are employing unprofessional staff who are family and friends who don?t know their roles or how to treat customers!!!
Will be contacting head office.

Worst coop in the uk, disrespectful staff and management. Poorly organised store. You will go in and wait in the que for nearly 15mins for 1 item.
The management is poor.
They don?t care about the customers.
The manager is a man with glasses I think he?s Sinhalese man.
Very unprofessional.
They never change the promotions and scam the people who shop there,

I bought some Sweet potato fries displayed for 1:20 pounds and ended up paying 2 pounds as this was the actual real price.
After raising the issue to the floor supervisor he just told me they keep charging their place and he was obviously deranged by me demanding and defending my rights as a customer?

I ordered some groceries to be delivered yesterday evening via Deliveroo. When I received my items I was shocked to see that one of the jelly pots I had ordered was completely covered in mould. It must have been like that for a few months at least! Disgusted!

Was a great shop, bought out by new owners, now the only difference between the service received by anyone other than Helen and a self check out service is that you have to accept the impolite aura of the transaction is coming from a person rather than a machine.Helen, you're an angel.
