went to go and pick up my click and collect and once i had found a free staff member he was so dismissive and rude to me. I didn’t know where to click for my QR code and asked him for assistance and he immediately got frustrated and told me that if i didn’t have the code i should leave because i couldn’t get the package.... read full comment
