Ignore Demo Oyyah's review.. I was the customer being helped by the 2 members of staff and they tried to start a conversation with the staff just as they were about to use the piercing gun... Talk about impatient and rude customers! Thankfully they left as the staff said it straight to them that they are currently helping us.
And now onto the main review. I took my 7 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and the service I received from Elsie (I think I managed to read her name badge correct) was fantastic. Considering she looks so young herself, she made me and my daughter feel completely at ease, and didn't get flustered at all, explaining the process really well and not being phased by rude customers interrupting us.
The colleague who helped her was also brilliant and explained the after care well.
Great teamwork and service!

Tammy was super lovely with my little babys ear piercing. So patient and ensured that we were happy with marking before going ahead. I was quite nervous and she did put me at ease. Such a gentle staff, I?d definitely recommend her for baby?s ear piecing. Thank you to Tammy and her colleague who pierced my baby?s ear at the same time. I am please with the result.

Terrible piercing at Claire's, earrings much too small for my 9 year old granddaughter that they went right into her ear when sleeping, causing pain and crying, had to rush to the doctors for removal and antibiotics cream, left a hole in her ear, blood gushing everywhere, these earrings look like they should be for a baby, the gap between gem and post was tiny. Ear lobe is now swollen. Can't use earrings. Not a happy customer ? ....

Selling items they do not have in stock. On 2 separate occasions sold me available items to collect in store. On both occasions no items were actually ever available. Liers and have reported them the the relevant authorities.

The store is fine, but they are not professional in providing services, I made an appointment for ear piercing for my baby, and when I made the appointment online it says from 4 months I need to bring the red book, from 6 months nothing is needed, so my baby is 4 months old and I go to them with the red book and they tell me that they can't do because she needs the vaccine from 16 weeks and after that vaccine two more weeks have to pass, so I don't understand why you give wrong information and you make me waste my time?

Absolutely lovely and friendly unfortunately I forgot to ask the ladies names but they sl did an Absolutely amazing job and were great piercing my little girls ears and my nose ring. Done at 10am on the 06/07 so I hope the ladies see this. Only thing that shocked us was the price but that isn't the staffs fault at all I do understand different metals cost different prices but wow wasn't cheap.

The service is extremely bad and rude. I wanted to get two piercings and she did one of the piercings one day and because of time constraints she told us to come the next day and gave us one of the earrings in a packet. Totally understandable. She charged 47 pounds for the 2 earrings and some solution and when we arrived the next day, she says that we cant use the unpacked earrings and will have to buy another one. And we will have to pay extra for it. I don?t understand how we are liable to pay for the unpacked earrings when it was the employee who unpacked it. The employee: tiffany, the manager: vicky. No complaints towards vicky. But try to be as helpful as yall were before we had paid

My boyfriend got his ear lobe pierced and it wasn?t straight like we had to repierce the back to change it as we couldnt line it up TERRIBLE JOB

No aftercare to speak of. Despite the promised help in December, none was forthcoming when I phoned for advice. They can stuff their offers and free earrings. I've been ripped off and I'm not going back there ever

If you want a cheap place to get ears peirced claire's isn't the place. The cheapest earing was £30 and it wasn't even good, it was just a round tiny ball you wouldn't be able to even see it on your ear. It would be a waste of money, and in my opinion it is a waste.
