Ignore the bad reviews, always received great service from the Bletchley store , bought several things online and not only are they all top notch at a great price but on the odd occasion I have had an issue James the manager has sorted everything out hassle free and to my satisfaction.Also would not trust any negative reviews where the ?person? hides all their reviews , stinks of vindictiveness if you ask me!Don?t be put off

So my story is bit longNO STARS WHATSOEVERcalled in morning to make sure they had room to take a bike, exactly described as is what Im bring to store is Trek Fuel EX9 2014 model recently serviced and prepared for incoming season, pedals crankshaft oil in forks and all linkage sys replaced worth of round 250pounds as im depended on my hobby to keep mindset in place,then arrived in store, not being updated on phone that any test will be or waiting more than half an hour spare time being sick is crucial, in matter feels like dealing with pentium one 256mHz with longer hair his folk woman pink bright hair whatever.Behind counter to talk to with leaking nose bit snowdonia aftermatch, later when i bring bicycle, after call duration 20min describing use and purpose of bike full suspension pro bike being taken to test which i been not updated by phone hours before , sorry but im still stressed out , my bike being priced 200pounds for take i agree just anyway being forced to back to my county , think at least petrol ill cover, I cry said yes then person behind counter fired at mee they need hour to test bike which thru phone wasn't mentioned at all.About time or test, Im reasonable person I was at time i said yes take it and do what need to be done test bike. Not mention bring attention to customers at stores, bike goes round 800pounds online.Outcome of those so called test comes crush my entire 10yrs service of cars motorcycle and bicycle.My Trek Fuel EX 9 with upgraded to XTR shimano magnesium air fork fail test obviously by gear shift fail , my condolences to customers buying chinese bike from same store where there selling without being even attested with B sticker they safe for user .But that not bother me cus any customer had his rights, my surprise went bottom wen i saw being my trek under so called test , bike upside down without being technically at least read manual of gear shifting in full suspension enduro bikes ? 3 gear front and 1 back ? who test it ? a guy who can plug into plug to test laptop or console'?>that's a joke ill not educate noone how to shift or using gears in bike in ridiculous way , aftermath of those so called test is ripped saddle gel itallian seat and nearly damaged XTR shimano rear derailleur as tester have bike upside down try and try to forced put from H3 big front and get to L1 rear obviously me see that I definitely recommended to stop damaging my bike.Avoid those so called branch without proper tester service man on board which on Bletchley isn't there .Thank you.

I don?t know where to start my mate came to return a Xbox one and the controller cause the Xbox was not working as it should and the controller was disconnected from the Xbox tried to get a refund we even had a receipt but no it was good enough they said nothing was wrong with it I was having a conversation with my mate and my mrs and they listened in to our conversation and all I said was if customers didn?t go to cash converters then it would be shut down and Michael said if u are going to be rude then leave I won?t be coming back

Purchased iPhone 12 the earpiece was not working at all which was blank returned it to them they did not accept the fault stating the earpiece was damaged by third party. Would not recommend purchasing phones from this site because these guys are not willing to test the phone before selling. Avoid!
