Nice coffee and food rewards with the app. Friendly staff, lots of hot and cold drinks. Food I think is expensive, but looks nice. The food displays are not always stocked well, and the missing labels. So be careful if having allergies. Plenty of seating, border line retro and looking tired. Outside seating is nice when good weather. Great location in busy shopping area.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how absolutely incredible Izzy was during my visit. She was so friendly, kind, and amazing, and her thoughtfulness truly turned my day around. I?d had a really hard morning, but Izzy?s actions made all the difference.
Last week, I discovered and completely fell in love with the cinnamon buns, so much so that I came back specifically for them. When I realised there weren?t any available, I shared with Izzy how much I loved them. Without hesitation, she kindly offered to go to the freezer and bake some fresh ones for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that completely made my day.
The only thing that could have made my morning better was a cinnamon bun with my coffee, and Izzy went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile brought such a big smile to my face, and I?m incredibly grateful.
Thank you so much, Izzy, and thank you, Café Nero, for not just serving delicious cinnamon buns but also for having wonderful staff who genuinely care about their customers. We ended up buying two buns, one we enjoyed right away, and the other we warmed up at home to have with a cup of tea. My husband and I both agreed they were absolutely delightful.
Thank you again for such a memorable experience. Izzy, you?re a star!

Never disappointed with service and all the choice of food to accompany your coffee.
Staff are always friendly and not once been any grumpy unpleasant service.
Well recommended to visit and seems way better than Starbucks or Costa.

Went there to day and o my god it was so dirty bins overflowing the coffee station was dirty,needed to go to the toilets well, l will not be going back there how the hell they got 4stars l don?t know

Thank you very much Eloise. Having you working in this place was all the value to come and drink coffee there. Now, i understand why the experience in caffe nero kingston was not as nice as it is now. It has you as the added and special value to this place. Caffe nero needs you more than you need coffee nero. Popped in for coffee and a sandwich while running errands as it was more appealing than the other takeaway options close by.
Good choice of food available but that's where the good ends.
2 staff on duty working very chaotically and with no supporting each other. A simple coffee order and toastie seemed a bit too much for them to handle as my food was taken and coffee was half made while one ended up running food for other customers and the other simply wiped down the counter. The toastie was ok (still not sure there was bacon in it as advertised) but couldnt finish my coffee as the cup tasted of salt with every sip
The state of the store was not up to Nero standards that I am used to with dirty tables everywhere. Aircon boosted to the point of needing to keep my jumper on and when I went to use the toilet found it in just as bad a state as the rest of the store. The fact that someone had already ticked off all the check boxes for the day speaks volumes.
Definitely will work to avoid in future
