I ordered a pickup instead of delivery by mistake on February 9th and I live far from this Burger King. I called and they were like if I come over they’d make a refund. I went there but it wasn’t refunded but they made it seem as if I came to claim free food even after showing proof of receipts..

My visit to this Burger King was disappointing from a hygiene standpoint. The staff prepared the burgers without wearing gloves, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. Cleanliness and proper sanitary practices should be a top priority, and this raises serious concerns about food safety. Regardless of taste or service speed, the lack of basic hygiene standards is a strong reason to avoid this location.

I came to this Burger King in the evening of the 31st December, 2025.
I ordered a large ?Big King? meal (a promo burger) and it came to £12.29.
Food was Burger King so it tasted good for the price.

Only used the drive thru but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was hot and much better than the competition!!

The one star rating is purely for the absolute state of the toilets. Both male and female.
The female toilet smelt like pure sweage, the floor around the toilet was wet with god knows what and the toilet brush had mushy tissue all around it. I have a very strong stomach but that smell almost made my meal come back up.
Absolute vile cleanliness standards. Sort it out

I order two burgers and 6 cheese bites in this rainy weather on drive through. Reached home cheese bites are not in the bag and also coke zero is flat. They should atleaset check to make sure customer order is fully packed. 14th Nov,2025

Went there today for quick lunch,
I decided to go in as I was using the app was told they couldn?t serve me at the till to use the self service which I didn?t want to do,
So decided to use the drive though
Which they didn?t listen got to window 2,
The app stopped working I said can you still put this through just got blanked got told how much to pay
No one experience of customer at all all need restraining, just rude people
Got home food wasn?t great
Drinks meant to be Diet Coke was basically water no fizz no taste
What a waste think the store needs a visit from higher management or maybe people are in the wrong positions in the store.

No clear signage upon entering (on 60 mins max stay) resulted in an unfair £100 parking fine for a stay of 90 mins. Pay and Display car park next door will costs less than 2 pounds! And there is no way you can pay extra for your parking when you find out. Avoid this predatory car park at all costs. An awful experience.

Visited 10/30/25 and received excellent service. The crew helped me with ordering on the kiosk and with their currency. I had no issues. The food tasted good.

Came in on Friday with some friends after football and was served by Natasha who was great and full of energy. Her attention to detail was second to none. All the staff was great and friendly.
