Caitlin in Milton Keynes branch served us on Saturday and made it such a lovely experience. She really took the time to make it a memorable moment for our little ones and was so friendly and genuine. I really do value great customer service and I hope this feedback gets back to her and her manager.

Went here for our littlest ones first bear. I think we were looked after by Katie G? I can't remember the name on her tag! But we were there on a busy Saturday afternoon around 3:30(ISH!)
She was so kind and patient with my 4 year old. He's autistic and struggles with communication but Katie was wonderful and patient with him. Brought a smile to my face and made me a lil bit emotional! ?
Thank you to everyone there who made this experience very special for our little one! All of the team there were so wonderful.

Absolutely amazing place!
Me and my partner did a build a bear date on Saturday 28th June and got our bears and outfits for them and the staff made it an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately that evening the car got broken into and our build a bears were stolen along with other shopping. We went back to build a bear Sunday morning to replace one of the bears and when we went in we were greeted by Erin and another lady who I didn?t get the name of and they asked the reason for the visit today and I explained that we went in yesterday and then the bears were stolen and without hesitation they offered a discount off of both bears and a free sound for both bears along with a free £10 gift card which made this whole experience even better and more memorable. Thankyou so much Erin for your help in arranging this and to all of the staff for your amazing support through the whole process. ??

My friend and I came here to get matching build a bears and were helped by Erin who was absolutely amazing even though we came in a bit late as we got lost wandering around the shopping centre. She was super sweet and patient with us and we had a great experience!

Visited today with my 2 and newborn just to browse. My little girl wasn?t keen to leave but my newborn was crying, so I told her that the shop was closing so we needed to go.
The lovely lady working (wish I took her name) pretended to start close the shop up to help me get her moving, even got the keys and started to shut the shutters.
This may have seem like such a silly small thing but really helped a worn out mum today thanks you.

We have visited this store quite a few times now. Ash and Evelyn are so helpful and friendly, plus excellent knowledge of everything in the store. My Daughter loves going and browsing through all the wonderful items . I'd definitely recommend this to all parents especially when visiting Centre MK.

I had the most amazing experience at Build-A-Bear, thanks to Mo! He truly went above and beyond to make sure my plushies were perfect. I had an online order where the sounds were put in incorrectly, and one of my plushies wasn?t stuffed enough. Mo took care of everything. Switching the sounds, adding more stuffing, and even fixing my cardboard box! I left them with him for just half an hour, and when I came back, everything was absolutely perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to great customer service made my day. Thank you so much, Mo. Build-A-Bear is lucky to have such a fantastic manager.

Poor staff don?t really interact with kids super rushed by staff and extremely rude. Been to the one in Bournemouth they go the extra mile with the kids singing and really interacting with the children it?s a shame not all builder bears are the same wouldn?t bother wasting a penny here
