Say it as you see it. Mez from BSH - an absolute gentleman - has just left, having repaired our oven / microwave unit after a circuit board failed. It took him less than half an hour from start to finish, he had he required replacement part with him, and it was a pleasure having him here.Super happy with the service, they kept us up to date on when they would come, and we are back to 100% kitchen functionality. Useless customer service. They were unable to use a postcode and figure out my address for a booked in repair. Wouldnt even want to provide any assistance. Kept trying to put the blame on me. It would be best to use other appliances and services.

Absolutely shocking products. Oven door failed after a couple of months and have had to wait over 3 weeks so far, and still waiting, for it to be repaired. 3 engineers visits but they can't even give their engineers the right products to solve the problem and are refusing to put in a temporary oven to see us through their bureaucratic intransigence despite knowing that we have been looking after an 87 year old dementia patient who has extremely difficult dietary needs. Never again will I buy a Neff or Bosch product.

Well, having looked on trust-pilot after booking a call out for my failed warming drawer, I was expecting the worst. However I could not have been more wrong.Warming drawer failed, contacted Bosch and requested a call out which happened within 48 hours.Engineer was to call between 12 and 16:00pm.0715 am I get a call to say can he come at 0730. This worked very well for me, so he duly arrived, was polite and matter of fact, sorted the issue out and replaced a part there and then. Bish bash bosh.Excellent serviceThanks Paul for being so efficient

Orded a faseia for the front of of my Bosh oven . When it arrived it was damaged.on the right side of.the fascia.Now waiting for a replacement . The Engineer was Due this afternoon to fit the replacement, it is now 620pm andKnow one has shown up to bring my replacement fascia and install the replacement. So now I contacted the company with luck the message on thePhone said we close at 4pm . ThisCompany is a waste of space

You only have to listen to this company?s first message when calling customer service to understand, i agree no one should be shouted at down the phone but been polite leads to nothing with this company. Avoid !!-Late delivery (5-10 days when ordered)-No answers after 12 days to when my item would be delivered, only answers i got ?its coming from germany but don't know when?.-random ?drop? off, no one was in my house and it was ?dropped? off with a neighbour, due to no correspondence or knowledge of the delivery.-item was broke (ceramic hop/glass), the neighbour luckily had a ring doorbell and footage of the delivery driver dropping it.-when i called i was told a member of the team would be in touch to get details, not the case.. just a random email a couple of days later from tnt saying they would pick it back up the day after, i called to ask what the deal was and apparently this was procedure, they inspect the damage then order another to be sent out, i raised my concerns about it already taking 3 weeks i will be waiting another 3-4 more weeks through no fault of mine. (i was going on holiday the day after but managed to arrange someone to be at my house to deal with it).-3 weeks after collection i received a ?how did we do email? ( i hadn?t heard nothing since collection other than this ?how did we do email? ) i replied explaining and entered dialog with someone who seemed to be interested in resolving my issue, they agreed to refund after i sent all the evidence, the delivery driver broke the item when he dropped it and i accept accidents happen but customer service and performance of this company from start to finish has been shocking given the brand.i also started the process to claim my money back via pay pal at the same time, multiple lines of refund as id gone past dealing with them and just wanted a refund.- 2/1/23 ordered the hob-23/1/23 delivered-24/1/23 gave them a call to explain the issue-26/1/23 random email-27/1/23 collected-15/2/23 ?how did we do email?-17/2/23 they agreed to refundIts now 13/3/23 and i still have no refund, i think its on the way but paypals procedure is long when the company your claiming against is not playing fairly.All that said i would not recommend this company at all, like i said originally just listen to the first message you get when you call the help line, i can only imagine what sort of complaints they are dealing with, I?m not a karen and usually wouldn?t review (just never use zed company again) but this is what nearly 3 months of waiting and been messed about does to someone like me.

Horrific ! Stressful! Unprofessional! Don?t deserve to be in business .DONT ORDER ANYTHING !!!!!I placed a order for a 50k kitchen last July to still be waiting the combi oven , no customer service , I have to chase neff , never any answers , the phone line is cut off , no commitment or help of any kind . You take the money and just fob me off . I?m tired and you?re making me ill with the stress of your rubbish service .You don?t deserve to be in business . I?m going to the papers and news channelsWhere my combi oven oh and the free microwave for Xmas to help which never arrived ?. The most shoddy service ever

Incorrect items supplied. No refund 2 weeks after return. They are quoting 28 days to process refund.A great Brand supported by a poor company in meltdown. Dont use them!When their Online team got involved they were prompt in apologising and I got a refund. They need the Online team training all other staff

Really poor service.Total failure to own their own mistakes. They booked a time slot one day, I took a days leave to be there and then the cancel a week before they are about to show.My washing machine has been out for a month now and the laundry costs are huge.They blame the insurance firm. But the parts they said were in, have been allocated somewhere else.

The most useless form of customer service. not only the products they sell are of poor quality, their incompetence dealing with simple requests is shocking. I've clearly asked to be contacted should we require to pay for any work to be done and this was ignored, both times...This leaves me in a hugely sticky situation due to this company's / their customer service representatives incompetency

I would strongly advise against a Neff oven with an eco cleaning prompt. It doesn't work and BSH don't know how to fix it.

I bought an integrated freezer and when I unpacked it there were no manual and no fixings . I contacted the call centre and they promised to send it after several calls and a month later still no fixing attachments.

I got tow dishwasher cable but could pickup from post office. Automatic I got refund when Bosch realize I didn't get them.
