Me and my partner have been here a few times and we choose this hotel due to closeness to family who we come to visit. The staff are always pleasant and can't do enough for us. Food is good and good value. The only issue we've always had is that the WiFi isn't too great. Everything else is perfect and I would highly recommend ?

Wonderful Stay at The Broughton Hotel
I had an excellent stay at The Broughton Hotel The staff were incredibly welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
I highly recommend it and would love to return!

It is what it is, the breakfasts are good. The place can get very lively when the sport is on. A younger crowd in the evenings, especially at the weekends.
Food and drinks: Beer is very much a lager / cider / Guinness sort of selection. Wine is very much a Jackrabbit sort of selection.

Staff were absolutely superb!! We stayed a couple of nights as we were attending a convention and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond at times. Always had a smile on their faces too ? 100% on customer service!!! The beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was yummy and we had many options available. Would definitely recommend ?

Large comfortable bed, ample parking and down the hallway from good pub grub.
Location was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to major roads.
