I plucked up the courage to go and book myself in to have myself measured after not going since before Covid ?
Covid and a baby later - comfy wire free bras, maternity bras and crop tops were my go too.
Roshan took great care of me and was so welcoming and clearly knows her stuff! She is an asset to the MK team and I walked out of there itching to wear my new bras!

Booked an appointment over the phone and attended the Milton Keynes store on Bank Holiday Monday. I was attended to by Christine, she was absolutely marvellous and RAN up and down the stairs getting bras for me to try on. I could not climb the stairs myself and the lift was not working, but Christine went above and beyond being helpful to me, even fanning me at one point as there is no air conditioning in the downstairs changing room.

Me and my friend recently visited this store in MK, it was our first time and we were disappointed with the customer service. Upon arrival there was no acknowledgment of us, no greeting. I really wanted a bra fitting but felt shy to ask so my friend asked for me the lady didn?t even make eye contact , it felt like we were bothering her. From her body language I then decided to leave the store as I felt uncomfortable. I?ve decided to never go back to this store and go elsewhere for my bra fitting

I have just come home from Milton Keynes Bravissimo which is a 90 mile trip for me. Having fairly recently discovering Bravissimo, I purchased two online first, usual size 34E, happy to start with but the band went loose quickly. With their recent fire I decided to visit their closest branch in MK, came home a little disappointed as didn?t have the colour/sizes I wanted but found two ok?ish and a size 32F, reasonable customer service but they were busy?very comfortable and pretty bras.
Today?s service was absolutely brilliant, I was served by Lu who first said the bras I?d asked for were not in stock but then quickly suggest I tried 32FF. After quite a few try-ons I have come away with four beautifully bras, expertly fitted by Lu who is very comfortable to be around. Thank you so much Lu and Bravissimo. I won?t been needing new bras for a while but I know where I?ll be going back to when I do ?

I recently visited the Bravissimo branch in Milton Keynes in search of a new bikini for an upcoming holiday. Having never shopped at Bravissimo before and having recently lost 2.5 stone, I was unsure of my current size and hadn?t booked a fitting appointment in advance.
Upon arrival, I asked at reception for assistance, and that?s when I was introduced to Lu, who would be helping me. From the outset, Lu was outstanding. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of design, colour, and style, and then brought me a range of carefully selected options to try.
What stood out most was the level of personalised care Lu provided. She thoroughly assessed the fit of each item I tried on, made thoughtful suggestions, and tirelessly brought me multiple sizes and patterns until we found the perfect combinations. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, not only did I find a bikini I loved, but I also discovered my correct bra size ? something I had been wearing incorrectly for years.
In the end, I left the store with two beautiful bikinis and two perfectly fitting bras, all of which I feel confident and supported in. This experience has genuinely been life-changing, and I have Lu to thank for that. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine passion for helping customers was nothing short of exceptional.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Emma who rose brilliantly to the challenge of helping me find a bra which fitted well and looked fabulous despite my awkward cup size. An added bonus was that Emma restored my faith in Bravissimo when I attended a bra fitting with her on Friday, 27th June at the Milton Keynes store, after a very disappointing experience at my previous visit.
Very happy with my new bras and will definitely be returning for more!

I had a walk in slot yesterday and Jumeirah was super helpful and kind! She made me feel comfortable and didn?t judge me at all for knowing nothing about bras as well as she got my bra size spot on with her first estimate, very good at her job and super lovely. 10/10 would recommend

I?ve been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately, my most recent shopping experience was disappointing. I didn?t feel I was treated professionally. It seemed like the store might be short-staffed or the team might be new, as there were long waits?even for something as simple as trying on a different bra size ( I didn?t ask for bra fitting services).
Once I eventually chose the bikini I was mistakenly given the wrong size to purchase at checkout.
When I mentioned it at the register, the staff member didn?t ask for any details or seem interested in understanding what went wrong. Not helpful?

The ladies are lovely in Bravissimo. MK. They listen to what my concerns were. And fitted with 2 beautiful bra's. I did however have a problem wearing one, so I returned them. And they were happy enough to replace with a different style. Really happy with the 2nd bra's.

I?ve been a loyal Bravissimo customer for many years but until now, have never felt the need to write a review.
I was unfortunately re-fitted in an incorrect size early January and had been struggling for weeks to feel comfortable in my new sized bras. I finally gave in and visited the store where Roshan was so understanding and managed to fit me in the same day for a refitting, also speaking with her supervisor to explain my predicament. Roshan?s knowledge and experience was comforting and shortly after, I walked out the store with 3 new bras in my correct size and feeling immensely happier!

I have had 3 separate bra fittings at Bravissimo, Milton Keynes, and on every single occasion, the experience has been nothing short of uplifting, welcoming and empowering. The lovely ladies who do your fittings are so kind and put you at ease. They listen to what you want, make excellent recommendations, and I always feel as though I am learning something new each time about providing the maximum support and comfort to a fuller bust. Given I am local to Bedford, and the availability for bra fitting opportunities is limited (if not non-existent), I'm so glad to find a suitable alternative not too far away, that has always been an enjoyable experience!

OMG! So I went in simply cos the wire almost completely came out of my current bra whilst shopping. I walked into Bravissimo and the lovely assistant sent me upstairs for a fitting there n then.
I was almost speechless at Amanda?s bra education, they don?t use tape measures but go by their experience on fitting/style.
Turns out I?ve been wearing 3 cup sizes down and 2 band sizes up from what I need!
Amanda was SO patient plus her expertise and charisma was something I?d never experienced before, anywhere!
I highly recommend Bravissimo and Amanda at Milton Keynes, thank you - I feel way more supported and confident as my angels seem way more ?pert? being in a bra that fits me like a glove!

I passed by Bravissimo at MK today. The lady at the counter Dominika was very helpful in finding my previous orders and the bras I have bought in the past. She was patient, kind and had the best customer service. She made my visit very smooth and straightforward. Whatever I wanted was not in the store and she organised on how it will be sent to me via post.
