Worse than useless. A few days ago I found that they no longer stock Hydrogen Peroxide. Today I discovered that they don't stock a dummy that they advertise online. None of that brand we're actually on display without asking a staff member to search through a disordered crate in the back. My first instinct was to shop online for next day delivery and I'll do that in future. Boots used to be a reliable family resource in the past, but they're not now. Certainly not this branch. Come here if you want to waste your time. x

Rude and unpleasant staff at the pharmacy. Can?t even answer basic questions. As for the store, just go somewhere else. It looks like it?s closing down with empty shelves and out of stock products

They took the prescription on Saturday evening and asked me to come on Tuesday and when I went on Wednesday they could not find the details. They are saying that they don't have prescription. I have handed over the prescription and waited 4 days for nothing. This is irresponsible and they should close their pharmacy if they don't want to serve.

Do yourself a favour and pick your prescription up from anywhere else other than this pharmacy, it has the longest queues imaginable and terrible customer service

Was sent here as an emergency by MK Hospital to collect a prescription. Was in the que by 8.20 behind 1 person. The lady behind the glass counter finally took by prescription at 9.00 pm so waited 40 minutes to be then told. We are closed.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I appreciate she wanted to probably go home. But to wait in line that long then to be told we are closed.

Good luck contacting the pharmacy over the phone. Either they will not pick up at all, or they will but will put the headset down without actually talking to you - clearly just to block people from ringing again. Completely unprofessional behaviour!

Slow service in pharmacy, no point going to pharmacy if within 30 mins of closing will get told come back tomorrow as it won't get dispensed in time. Also shut at 4 on Sunday not at 5 which is hours you get told when searching for pharmacy opening times its 11-5pm
But it's actually 10- 3.30pm
Rudest staff imaginable.
Will certainly never use again.

Absolutely shocking service from this pharmacy. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a good experience. Both members of female staff were extremely rude and offered not even an apology or any form of basic customer service and seemed to take pleasure in informing that they have suddenly decided to close the pharmacy at 3pm today until 9pm tomorrow. I have been waiting since last week for my medication and this service is unacceptable from Boots. Having some front of house staff who are capable of being empathetic and sympathising with patients would maybe have softened the blow. But that feels like too much to expect from this circus. Total clowns.

Soooo slow to serve in the pharmacy. Iv no idea what takes pharmacists so long to put some pills in a bag and check your address? Here they are particularly glacial in their progress at getting through serving a queue. They seemingly are oblivious to the amount of people queuing, literally in some instances for over an hour, with no attempt to hustle and get stuff done, or to speak to the queue and tell people how long they are likely to be waiting.
Iv also seen the chemist put the closed sign up and go off for lunch with a queue of people mid flow, that have been waiting hours - which is infuriating and again, shows zero customer service.
I?m local to here but I?m now going to either buy medication online and self medicate, or reside myself to my fate that I will probably die in a queue in boots from whatever ailment I went in there with.

Thomas on check out was amazing. I returned an item I had bought in error, there wasn't any on the shelf but he went and checked the storeroom and managed to find exactly what I was after. Thanks Thomas...1 happy customer! ?

Finally, the terrible customer service at the pharmacy has got the better of me. It's not only the long waiting time which I could bear with, but it's also the arrogance and blunt tone from some of the staff. Who needs this? I have another pharmacy closer to my house, so you just lost a customer.

Always quick service here. The staff seem to be different every time, but they are always cheerful and pleasant.
