Distinctly average. The queue for prescriptions can be awful and in our household we refer to it as the Queue of Death. Texts from Boots saying your prescription is ready are very haphazard and sometimes get sent, sometimes don't. This means you can turn up on spec and your prescription is ready, or you get turned away with a bit of a flea in your ear having wasted part of your life in the Queue of Death.
I have given up because it's not good enough and now use the Post Office prescription delivery service.

Worst experience ever . They don?t even notify you when your prescription is ready to be collected . Please don?t choose here for your online medicine to be collected . I have dealt with boots collection for some time on the UK . And sorry this one for me is the worst one out of all . If there is less than one star , I would have given that one . I am talking about the pharmacy here not the boots itself

Pharmacy is a absolute joke and minimum waiting time is 45 mins. Never open on time as the pharmacist is late .. really really poor

My mum received a call from the pharmacy saying that my medication was ready earlier in the day and she told them I would come pick it up after work, so after work I queued up for 20 minutes just for them to tell me they don?t have it in stock, I then left and my mum gave them a call, apparently it was there but it would be a 30 minute wait. Absolute joke. 1 job and it can?t even be done right

I went into the store today to treat myself to some perfume. A sales assistant was dealing with another customer so I patiently waited expecting her to then offer to help me......how wrong was I.....she looked around muttered under her breath something like....I don't know where she is......and walked off to behind the pharmacy area, I waited another 10 minutes or so, she looked in my direction several times but that was it....unfortunately I didn't get her name and the only identifying feature was she had a streak of blue hair

Honestly this pharmacy is the worst of the worst. Queuing forever. No clarity with 111 after needing an emergency prescription. Staff that don't seem to understand their processes. It's been like this for years. I am struggling to understand why there's so many challenges just to get hold of some medications.

The queues are way too long (nothing new there), when I get to the counter, I'm told my prescription should be ready they are going to check, only to come back and then tell me, there was an error and they don't have it in stock and it needs to be ordered.
What's frustrating is, if I didn't go and check, it seems like they would have done nothing about it. This is an urgent prescription for my 5month old baby!!

Has the worst prescription set up!
Average wait times are about 30 minutes no matter the time or day you go.
There?s usually only 1 person serving and they are the person who then seems to go off and pack the item too, causing the queues to just build up to the back of the store.
Quickest I?ve got a prescription is 20 mins and longest was over an hour after they forgot about mine.

The pharmacist simply doesn?t turn up for
work half the month.
This means they won?t open the doors at 9am until this lazy person eventually does turn up.
So people
go without medicines and the store looses thousands of pounds a month in lost sales
I could sort this issue out in a heartbeat because i would sack that useless pharmacist.
But this has been going on for many months sadly.
I left the shop this morning with twenty very angry customers outside it yet again
Boots needs to look at what this person is costing them as a matter of urgency

NEVER answer phone. Delayed a patients medication by over 5 days stating you hadn't received it. It was on the SPINE!!!. Medication was a matter of urgency to prevent deterioration. Absolutely useless. Do not have patient care as a priority. Will never use again. There is no customer service at all. You should be ashamed of the service given at this store ?. My dad who is disabled, frail and can hardly walk has been getting a taxi for 5 days at a cost of £5 each way. To get this medication for his wife that you still have not issued. He had no other option as you don't answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.
