I went to Boots for an ear cleaning and was greeted with warmth by Kateryna. Her professional, patient, and caring approach made the experience very pleasant. My ears feel so clear now, and I truly appreciate her excellent service?

Went in for some advice on skincare due to my skin changes as a side effect of cancer meds. The Lancôme sales person was not interested in what I was saying, and consistently tried to push the most expensive serum, despite me saying I didn?t want to spend £200 to find my skin wouldn?t tolerate it. She insisted I had tried it and it would be fine. She was extremely pushy and I ended up walking away with nothing and took myself to John Lewis who were extremely helpful and offered a free skincare trial. Do better Boots.

The worst laid out Boots I have ever come across! It has a lot of products - but never the things I?m looking for. The medical supplies (bandages etc) section is terribly small. Queues can be very long. But the staff are usually friendly - however a man at the till did bash my phone about when I presented my advantage card. I try to avoid this shop this best I can

Awful service at make up counters. Cannot find staff, they don?t return to help when asked. Wouldn?t colour match me on foundation and then not permitted to give two sample colours of foundation. How am I supposed to make a decision?! I buy premium makeup regularly and will now make a point never to buy there again. I would give zero stars if I could!

Every single time I come here to get my prescription I wait from 20 to 45 minutes. I do not understand how there can be 1 person dealing with a queue of 10 people. Every, single, time. Ridiculous!

Has everything you need for the bathroom and medicine cabinet!Some good gifts too! The staff are pleasant and happy to help. No steps in or out and the Isles are wide so a good place to go for wheelchair bound people!Worth a visit.
