Definitely not what I thought B&M was. I thought it was a hardware store, but it's actually just another food shopping place. Staff were helpful to find what I need though.

My dog became poorly and could no longer eat the pouches I had bought the week before, I returned to the store with the left over food and my receipt to be informed that pet food is no returnable. They need to advertise this more clearly

Never seen or encountered such rude customer service from a cashier working at 9pm, 15th of Jan, unfortunately there was no one else on any other till. She rudely ripped all my items onto the conveyor belt, with no greeting.
Wonder why they choose this career?

The old lady with coloured hair was so rude. I never write bad reviews but the experience was so uncomfortable and awful. They way she spoke and the words she used were no appropriate and out of order.

I do wish that the cashier's would wait, until the customer that they are serving has finished packing up. Before they put the next customers items through. Its so rude.

If I could give a zero that would be it, manager Andrew is a complete incompetent mess who has no idea what he's doing aswel as his college who refused to give a name, shown ID yet no sale because there judgemental *****.
