This was hands down the worst experience I've had from an online company. Completely bad customer service, no communication internally, conflicting and incorrect e mail updates sent to me. I was promised to be called back several times and it was me the customer who had to chase these people down. I ended up getting a much better service and a better deal for the same tyres at my local garage, far more efficient. The mobile tyre fitters they use are supposed to be in a local radius, but apparently the only mobile fitter stated he couldn't do the job because 6 miles away from his base was too far. Complete waste of my time. Shop local for better service is my advice.

Absolutely atrocious place. Girlfriend had her wheel hub trashed by these muppets with impact guns. Had to spend more than the tyres purchased to fix their breakages.

X4 Michelin pilot sport fitted here in August, costing over £520.During fitment told lifetime guarantee on tyres and any problems please just drop in and we will look at them for you.So after a week noticed front drivers tyre would lose significant air 10 to 15 psi in a few days and therefore drove 27 miles to same centre to get it looked at and on arriving and asking was told sorry can't help you, guy who told you that works for himself and is not part of us, and basically fobbed off, will therefore never use this company again. Tyre fitters had little on also and just could not be bothered to help. Not what I call customer service. Blackcircles should be more careful whom they have representing their name, their word and guarantee is worthless so avoid at all costs as any issues and they are not interested.Lost a customer for life here.Attitude was you spent the money with blackcircles not us.. We just tyre fitters... Literally just don't get they represent the umbrella they are working under..Why is it always in life everything is a mission to sort out.. Scam and gimmicks, bring back proper customer service and people whom care about what they represent.

Ordered tyres on 21/06 with fitting booked on 23/06. Garage called to say they don't have the tyres, Black Circles says the garage can't take the booking as they're busy. AVOID THESE TIMEWASTERS.

Decent prices, friendly staff, they swapped my tyre and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

Daniel is a very good employee ?Bletchley?. He showed his professional knowledge and skilled skills. The process of changing tyres was completed in less than 30 minutes. I will come again next time.

Beware- Black Circles is a Fraud CompanyFraud Company - Having paid the money for 2 Tyre's the appointment was cancelled & there has been no response from customer support team after repeated chasers . I am going to file a Legal case if i don't get a response in next 24 hours. Request Ref - BC4405091

Guys replaced my cars front tyres and did balancing. They have been very polite and patient.Had some issue with wheel balancing, so popped in later and they rebalanced the wheels.Great customer service!
