We visited Benson for Beds Milton Keynes on 1/9 and received outstanding support from Mira. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us to choose the right bed, mattress, and wardrobe. When we returned to collect our items, Mira and the team were once again fantastic. Several staff members, especially Ali, even helped us load the furniture into our van, which we truly appreciated. We?ll definitely return to shop here again when we have the chance, and we highly recommend Benson for Beds to everyone! Best regards, Thao

Absolutely gutted to have slept on an airbed for a week, waiting to receive our new bed only for one of the pieces (the footboard with built in TV functions) to arrive absolutely covered in mould. Phoned and told that it could be 10-14 days for a replacement part!

We brought a pop up TV bed and We love it!! Read reviews about putting it together but as long as you read the instructions which are a bit vague in places you should be fine. Make sure you put headboard in right place as this bed is too heavy to move once built! Also lights cable was zipped in headboard doesn?t tell you this in the instructions. Apart from that we LOVE IT!!!
