Vegetarian options: Very limited. When we went no skewers, no salad, every time we go no skewers available. Very disappointing. Seated in corner looking at wall. Zero atmosphere , Won?t be returning.

Family of 4 went there for an evening meal, as soon as we arrived we were handed a piece of paper to confirm what was not on the menu. There was over 15 meals not available, because it was late we couldn't go anywhere else so decided to stay and choose something that was available. The food that did come was ok, nothing special. Staff were great and that is why its not getting 0 stars. I wont be rushing back there any time soon. There is plenty of choice in there area so I wouldn't bother.

Visited for family meal to celebrate son?s 22nd birthday! Service was fantastic? polite, attentive, professional - thankyou to our server Kit. Beautifully presented with a smile and a lovely ironed uniform ? also special mention to Michelle and Fraser (and other staff who sang happy birthday!) Thankyou all. We will be back!

We booked this for a special occasion before Christmas, after sitting down and ordering drinks, we were given an A4 sheet of paper with all the stuff that they did not have the menu. Apparently, they?ve been having delivery problems and knew this week?s before but never bothered to inform us.
Due to delivery problems, the portion sizes were half sizes, if you had steak there was no steak sauces to accompany it, the ice cream desert were only half full glasses.
Absolute disgrace, even wrote to Beefeater Whitbread but they were not interested!!
I?m local and this place has been going downhill for a while, but this took it to a whole new level.
I personally on my experience would not recommend this place.

Been a customer for a number of years but things are not so good these days with a trimmed menu offering and currently they are experiencing supply issues .
In general most staff are friendly,the service is not too bad but the atmosphere is not very active.

Boxing Day set menu: exceptionally good value for money. Four happy bellies full of well-cooked food. Excellent service, as usual.

Lovely food slightly better than you're average pub can't really go wrong here super quick service and seating too diddnt have to wait long but I do recommend calling ahead on the weekend as it can get quite busy but never had to wait more than an hour for food, they are really helpful too
Kid-friendliness: It's a pub but not like a dirty pub more of a restaurant kinda pub
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty of space to Manoeuvre about once inside and no horrible kerbs leading up to the entrance also a disabled loo too

We got there late afternoon, parking not a problem. Service was excellent. Helen was our server, and amazing. She was attentive to all her tables, and happy to answer questions. The chefs were also very good, can't fault the food - hot plates, hot food, possibly the best food we've had at a Beefeater in a while. Nothing else to say, except keep it up, you're brilliant :)

Waited for 10 mins and still not being served for a table even though we booked.. The waitor looks busy and not willing to serve.. So we left. We are absolutely disappointed for such service in 2024. It's on Sunday, 3 tables.

This was a very good family-friendly place to eat. The staff were very helpful, especially the lady that greeted us and Michelle who served us.
Kid-friendliness: We were sat in a place that was less likely to disturb others. There was a kids menu with a lot of variety and also an activity sheet to keep them entertained.
