Had a meeting with Funmi in the MK branch today, what an absolutely delightful young lady! Informative and friendly , I came away feeling like I had made a friend! So much nicer than previous appointments I?ve had. She is a credit to Barclays Bank . If I ever need to change me into branch again she is definitely the person I want to see.

I used this branch on a Wednesday lunchtime to transfer some money to Canada. I only waited a couple of minutes before Funmi introduced herself and showed me to a customer booth and took me through the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with, making the process simple and fairly quick. I hope to deal with her at the branch again soon.
