Saturday the 9th of March at 16:50, one manned till, no self service tills functioning, 15 people queuing to pay. No other staff members visible. What a joke! Call yourself retailers?

Terrible place to shop. I spent an age trawling the website, noting product codes, checking you had stock and which aisles I needed. At the store it fell apart. You actually had none of the things your site said you had! Not one. Staff were pretty clueless, just box shifters that know nothing of the products...On top of that the prices are outright theft. For instance, some of the radiator fitting were literally twice the price of Screwfix, now bearing in mind that they're linked companies with both being owned by Kingfisher, this price difference cannot be justified. It's robbery. If you can, shop elsewhere. Bashing the profits is the best way to have B&Q buck it's ideas up.Zero effort for customer focus.

My visit to b&q today for 6 slabs has involved going to the service desk being told to go then went back to the customer services. He said he was deaf and couldn't speak on a tanoi because of this!!! Send back to the woodcut in desk to which he said he couldn't get it and ask the fort Lyft driver to get it. He has lost his key fob and his aimlessly wondering around the store. Still stood here. How are you later? Not sure what's happening

When following the signs for 'returns' you're lead to the annoying self service checkouts where you can't actually do returns. Luckily a lady on the collections desk offered to do the return for me.

Shoutout to Barry from the paint desk!I recently needed to find a good way to attach MDF boards to other MDF boards and detach them later, without distroying either. It was for a conference and the idea was to put the concept of sustainability into action, not just words. My solution was double sided tape, but I worried that the tape might be too strong and might end up cracking either. When I asked Barry which double sided tape was weaker and explained my situation, he offered an alternative solution - velcro stickers that people often use to attach paintings when renting.I couldn't help but think that this is what experience does. A youngster would have simply answered my question, perhaps even with "I don't know". Barry took a moment to find out what I was trying to achieve and offered the perfect solution. Thanks, Barry. You've saved us £2k and counting!

Be cautious approaching staff members. Some can be rude and aggressive. You have to ?hunt? for them through the store, and if you find one they might greet you with ?what do you want?? And ?whatever, go complaint?.Managerial staff - with some luck might be helpful and listen. However, the attitude is dismissive and vacant. Not a single sign of care there. Very poor training on show.Be sure you know exactly what you are going in there for, and God Help finding any customer ?service? in store. (Not applicable to all)My fault, should not have gone in. Online shopping it is?but with a different store from now on).

Good place for household items, bought a Toilet seat, compare to Amazon it?s bit expensive. Customer service is not that much great, a cashier was serving me and no eye contact no greeting nothing at the same time she was talking with another colleague, very rude! I?m not happy about the shopping experience today.

Decent shop, could find most things in one place. But very disappointed with their paint mixing as colour was nothing like the sample card and whole 5L tin had to be disposed so £60 for nothing....

Very large B&Q, which is located in an accessible area not far from the A5. Very large car park here that also has a burger van for a quick snack. The store has an outdoor garden area with plants and other garden accessories. You can also get timber, furniture, DIY tools, hardware, pipes, aggregates, and cement here. If you're looking to do a home improvement project, this would be a good place to start.

Poorest customer service ever. Trying to find suitable fixings for a curtain pole but had to find a member of staff (Emma) who was most unhelpful and just kept knocking the shelf without saying anything. Asked someone else, who told me to ask Daniel on the paint desk, who had to ask Geoff who then had to ask Emma again who clearly didnt want to help. Totally useless place. Avoid

Brought a bathroom 1/1/24 a lovely lady called carol helped us sort our items out. She was due to finish but she stayed on to help us get what we needed. She was fantastic and very friendly.
