Waste of time. People are unhelpful. You order click and collect to the shop and when you try and collect, it turns out they are out of stock of the stuff you ordered. Shouldn't they be making sure stuff is delivered to their store then so that I can collect it? Bad service, and never find what we need.

Today I was in to buy 320 engendering brics and the lady from the front desk( trade point) told me that i would have to load them on the shopping trolley. Another cashier joint her with the same story. Thankfully, Jack.C was passing by and saw that I was about to leave to buy these from somewhere else as I need them for tomorrow morning and he helped me to get these out with a pump truck. Verry nice lad! Overall I was a bit disappointed but Jack made my day!

Worst shop, the staff was rude and very unhelpful. Asking for a specific item the staff was not bothered in helping me find the item due its chit chat with a colleague.

Some staff ain't very bright not taken to the products when asked where things are they just say the isle number and where it should be not very helpful at all wouldn't recommend going here

As a business you can?t use the quick checkouts. No vat receipts. You have to queue up and wait for a staffed till or after the fact go to canter services ! Every other business in the same industry has vat receipts. Not sure why BnQ can?t make it easier for businesses to use them

We visited B&Q Milton Keynes as new DIY-ers. Kim was extremely helpful, and explained what paint would work best for us. She also helped us pick out some bulbs.
