I like this Asda. It stocks everything you need and more! Egress could be improved though. Staff are polite but can sometimes take a while to get through the tills here.

Not the best experience couldn?t find any good air fryers and not many selections only saw 4 air fryers styles and none was the right one the toilet also needs a good clean very dirty

A lady who work on self check till refusing to help in Asda Milton Keynes.I asked her that the item is not scanned she told me that I have to inter the item code number.I was struggling because there were three numbers and I can?t see the numbers well.

Big Asda, has most things you need. Plenty of free parking. Garage and IMO car wash on site. ATM, 3 of, outside main entrance.

The superstore only cares about profits, with no investment in proper staffing. One person does all the picking for Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and customer collections, so orders are always delayed. Drivers, who aren?t paid to wait, are stuck outside indefinitely because the staff couldn?t care less. Total disrespect for both drivers and customers!!!

Toilets are a disgrace.
Taps on sink out of place.
Urinals blocked.
Unsuitable for the size of store and number of customers. Only two stalls.
Disabled toilet out of use. (Maintenance?)

Served with a smile by Emma at the tills! Very refreshing to experience good ol customer service? I felt at ease, unrushed (unlike Lidl/Aldi) - Emma was so knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me join the Asda Rewards app and was patient enough to wait for me to download it and utilise the app for my shop! She?s been working there 6 years and deserves every recognition she can get for her loyalty to Asda and the excellent people skills and attentiveness she shows to her customers! You should be proud of yourself Emma, I?m sure your family are proud of you - you are an asset to Asda ?

Today I walked passed 2 male security guards in the store they just suddenly said swear words without any reason. They have defended themselves said they were in the middle of a conversation and that I spy on them. However, why would they say this exactly when I just walked passed as a customer? I found them very rude.

It?s useless to call. I asked to get me through opticians, after three people got me through different sections the call was cut off, very inefficient.
