Staff were friendly and welcoming.When we went round to the loading bay, we were told that some of the wood that we oreder at the front desk doesn't actually exist, so that was a bit confusing. 1st order of treated timber failed to get treated and delivered ....waited a week to be told there was a further delay of 3 days....2nd order, delivered wrong timber, damaged, untreated.Customer service is a joke.... the 'Manager' unavailable, no call backs, delivery promises broken ......

Great guys to deal with. They have some excellent products. Didn't know they existed until today so will definitely be using them again??
