Old staff is rude and less efficient and need training.Lack to listen if the customer is sharing the past experience on the same matter. I had a bad experience while buying a gift card by using 1 for all.The staff was super rude

We needed a new washing. We went to Argos and was so pleased we did! An extremely nice and helpful young lady was able to answer all my questions about the machine I was looking at and it was in stock! Brought the machine and a nice young man then loaded it into the car for us. So pleased we went there, great service and good prices throughly recommend.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Argos Milton Keynes, and I owe it all to an incredible employee named Bubbles. I went in to pick up a few items I had ordered online, and while some of them weren't quite what I expected, Bubbles truly went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied.
From the moment I approached the counter, Bubbles greeted me with a warm smile and demonstrated her commitment to exceptional customer service. When I mentioned my concerns about the items, she promptly jumped on one of the kiosks to help me order replacements. Her efficiency and knowledge made the process seamless.
What truly touched me was how she went the extra mile by giving me tips on how to better use the air fryer I purchased. Bubbles made sure I understood how to get the most out of it, which was incredibly helpful. Additionally, she ensured I had peace of mind by discussing insurance options for my purchases, something I really appreciated.
Given that I recently lost my wife, I can honestly say that pockets of kindness like Bubbles showed go a long way in lightening my burden and reminding me that there is still warmth in the world. Her thoughtfulness and dedication to customer care truly stood out, and even though it was past closing time, she made sure I received everything I needed and kindly escorted me to my car.
Bubbles is an absolute gem and a fantastic asset to the Argos team. I left the store not only with the right items but also feeling uplifted and appreciated. I tried cancelling order straight away when ill in bed totally ignored so wait for driver he returned yesterday all most 24 hours no refund not issued they steal my money now they got tv back straight away online chat is very poor tried yesterday get refund issued wasted alot time yesterday trying sort all out they are joke wont shop with them no more iam still ill on antibiotics ive report them now on banks fraud department plus contact Suffolk police also reported on all social media disgusting behaviour still no refund issued when they got order back yesterday at 2.30pm at the argos Lowestoft complete joke of a company no respect for there customers

Popped in to collect an online order one lunchtime.
There was maybe four other Customers in the store.
The Staff were completely disinterested and made sure that they continually looked away, were not available or simply turned their back and walked away.
When I finally managed to gain the attention of a Staff Member, she just looked at me, no ?Hello? or anything?In fact she didn?t speak at all?Just slouched off with my order details, returned and put my order on the desk, turned around and walked off.
I would say that that would constitute ?Terrible Customer Service? but that would imply that there was Customer Service in the first place?
