I called them first thing in the morning they were really helpful, gave me advice, offered an appointment a few days later and two different payment options. The engineer attended with a trainee, both of whom were friendly, polite and respectful. The engineer was efficient, knowledgable and, although he needed to order a new part, was able to fit it a couple of days later. Considering the time of year, my washing machine was fixed quickly considering a part needed ordering and we were away for a few days. I will happily BSH Home Appliances Ltd in future.”
