I love shopping at aldi but to day 19th December we went to the checkout and the lady on the till was putting the shopping thought and the customer behind was talking to the lady service us and she continued to talk to the lady not even looking at us when we packed all are shopping she just pointed at the cash machine but still talking to the lady I have worked in shops for 20 year and the customer are the one who pays the wages very disappointed aldi

Staff being completely slaved.
7 checkouts, only one is in use and there?s a queue on that one and at the self service section, just one worker-bee there trying to do her best with helping customers out.
