Highly disappointed as we were served with the larger quarter pounder buns with our double cheeseburgers so an overdose of bread and not the usual great taste. I contacted head office who told me they would report this to the franchise manager. Eventually customer services got back to be fobbing me off that the stores are Independently run and just apologised. I replied that this was not good enough as we were expecting some sort of gesture of goodwill perhaps a discount considering the amount paid but my email was ignored.

We regularly pop into the our local Aldershot Wimpy for breakfast and have recently notice that the staff have change their dress code from Black shirts and trousers to a Check shirt and black trouser.. I feel that the all Black looked more professional and easy on the eye.. The check is too full on and doesn't look smart at all.. Please change it back.. The staff are always very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble that's why we keep going back.... You should be very proud of them.
