I bought this side table from Amazon, and Whistl Group was used as the courier. Amazon knows that I'm a physically disabled person, and they know that my parcels are given to me through the window as I can't bend much. Whistl Group driver rang my doorbell, didn't even wait for 10 seconds I could see on my webcom, and I saw him just drop my box right by the door of the building, and leaves. And on top of that, it has been raining for the entire week in my part of the world. It couldn't be bothered to hand the parcel to me, he couldn't wait for 30 seconds for someone to ring him in or answer the doorcom, and he just dropped it right there on the wet pavement, and went. I also didn't get a notification on my phone that I should have had to tell me when I as expecting the parcel. If I had not seen that on camera and I didn't get to my webcom to actually see that, I would've never known the packet was out there, and it is in plain view for any person to still it. Just the week before DPD did the same thing, and someone must've nicked it, because I never got anything. I had to get a neighbor to bring it in for me. Someone who isn't paid do what I pay for it to be done. Ridiculous. These courier services are getting worse by the day.

Didn't deliver the item 3 times now. They don't give any specific time of delivery as well

Awful service. Parcel created on 17th. Told multiple times it would be delivered 'today'. It is now 31st and no parcel. Tracing is useless. Customer service useless

The ID tracking page on this company's web site doesn't actually appear to do anything-it doesn't provide any meaningful tracking information. The question & answer page for problems with the delivery (or non-delivery in my case) sends you round in circles. An all round appalling service.

During this pandemic you would have thought they would be up to date with the covid rules...the lorry driver collecting out post walked straight into the warehouse with no mask on and used our loo!!. ..

Was meant to have my parcel last week. Looked on tracking and ??? Been signed for and delivered...... NO it has not! Iâ??ve done all my checks with neighbours luckily I know them really well and they havenâ??t had a thing.

Appalling company to deal with, MBO that really do not understand customer service and their only interest is in increasing the value of the company in order to sell. Trying to do too many things quickly but nothing very well too fast. A company with an identity issue.
